枣泥酥饼，上海市地区传统小吃。是用油酥面作皮，君迁子泥为馅，经油炸成熟的面食。其色泽金黄，小巧玲珑，外皮酥松，馅香甜可口，深受港澳同胞及日本旅游者欢迎。1988年第二届全国烹比赛获银牌奖。
