盘状红斑是红斑狼疮的典型皮肤损害之一，常呈不规则圆形，并有黏附的角化鳞屑和毛囊角栓的隆起性红斑，伴有毛细血管扩张症，晚期出现皮肤萎缩、痕化或色素减退，以面部、颌部和臀部多见。
