南县是中国历史上的一个县级行政单位，成立于1945年春，由新绛县南部和闻喜县北部的部分地区划分而成，隶属于当时的太岳区。该县的成立主要是为了领导当地人民群众开展对敌斗争。绛南县的存在时间较短，于1946年废除，其原辖区域重新划归新绛县和闻喜县。
