边凤歧 (1876～1939)字双，现临淄齐都镇西关村人。清光绪己酉科拔贡，1908年(光绪三十四年)，受县知事郑斗南命撰修《临淄乡土志》十三篇，二万三千字。1919年，又参与修《临淄县志》八册，三十五卷。于1939年去世。
