金桂山（1864－1930）字思荣，天津人。18岁在北京前门外元减号学生意。1885年继承父业经营瑞成锦号。1916年创建北洋政府商业第一纱厂，任董事。又与张云峰、孙轩等合资开办天津治源银号、晋丰银号，独资开办瑞源永银号与瑞源祥纱布在，并拥有红桥区药王庙等处房产。
