罗京，安徽铜陵贵上人。自幼在狮子山清凉寺筑室刻苦读书，南宋绍宝二年应试中进士，后官至户部侍郎。后人为纪念罗京刻苦读书、勤奋好学的精神，建“罗公书堂”，列为清凉八景之一。
