八叠村地处永丰镇北处，东邻东，岙西村，西接104国道线。新拓宽的村内公路贯穿全村，交通十分便捷，区位优势明显，投资环境优越。全村下设12个村民小组，农户334户，2007年年末人口1004人，耕地面积315亩，其中水田292亩，旱地23亩，2007年人均收入5120元。
