殷小乙，姓子名敛。生卒年不详。商朝国王，商王祖丁子，商王阳甲、盘庚、小辛弟，小辛死后继位。在位28年，励精图治，为后来武丁中兴打下基础，后病死。葬于殷。死后由其子武丁继位。
