位于湖南省嘉禾县车头镇，村西临钟水河边，系古河道渡口，发展成繁华码头，贩油的商贩较多，故称油涵铺，后改为油涵。辖8个村民组。总的面积0.6平方公里，耕地36.6公顷，215户，797人。
