张鹤鸣（1910-1952），男，河北省县人，曾任东北铁路中部护路军司令员。

张鹤鸣，一九三八年入伍，一九三七年加入中国共产党。历任军分区副司令员、旅长、东北铁路中部护路军司令员等职。一九五二年七月病故于义县。
