谌厚光，字蕴山，号葆初，贵州织金人，清朝政治人物，同进士出身。在清朝爱新觉罗·旻宁六年（1826年）丙戌科进士，三甲二名，改庶吉士，散馆授检讨，官至山西大同府知府。

史书记载

据《高安县志》记载，谌厚光原籍高安市五里人，后寄籍贵州平远州。他的弟弟谌厚庆，字云章，道光乙酉科举人，曾任山西省知县。
