新兴郡（朝鲜语：신흥군）是朝鲜民主主义人民共和国咸镜南道的一个郡，北邻两江道。位于城川江上游，北枕赴战岭山脉。面积1,200平方公里，2008年人口104,002人。下分1邑、3劳动者区、21里。

1914年朝鲜日据时期设郡。
