三茅阁创建于明永乐六年，因供奉三茅真君而得名，是一座道教庙宇。咸丰三年毁于兵火。

道教庙宇。在上海市上海县北门外。明永乐六年(1408)创建，因供奉三茅真君，故名；清嘉庆七年(1802)，潘启仁将其改为延真观。咸丰三年(1853)毁于兵火。
