洪世俊，字用章，号含初，明代歙县人。万历二十三年（1595）进士，二十五年任同安区知县，他体察民情，兴利除弊，二十九年（1601），查获荒田二百余亩，归给县学所用，在县城东凤山建造许昌文峰塔。在同安县在任六年后，先后官福建省参政、太常寺卿。
