罗珵(1491～？)字邦珍。江西泰和人。

罗珵(1491～？)明嘉靖十七年(1538)茅瓒榜进士第二人。授翰林院编修。罗珵是明朝著名学者、思想家。弘治六年(1493)探花罗钦顺的侄子，叔侄鼎甲，自是一段科举佳话。罗珵自幼聪明好学，精通《周易》。
